Step 1:

Select SETTINGS > GROUP PERMISSIONS

Step 2:

Click ADD USER GROUP

Step 3:

Insert a GROUP NAME and select the permission

Step 4:

Click ADD GROUP to add and save this setting

Step 5:

Go to ADD USER
