FOR FREE SAMSUNG GALAXY TAB CAMPAIGN
1. Eligibility
- The promotion is available to subscribers who sign up for a 2-year POS system plan.
- Each eligible customer is entitled to receive one (1) free Samsung Galaxy Tab A9+ device per PayRecon main account registered.
- The offer is available while stocks last and is subject to change without prior notice.
2. Campaign Promotion Period
- The promotion is valid from 01 Jun 2024 to 30 Jun 2024. PayRecon reserves the right to extend or shorten the promotion period at its sole discretion.
3. Offer Redemption
- The free Samsung Galaxy Tab A9+ will be provided upon successful subscription and activation of the 2-year POS system plan.
- Customers have the option to upgrade to an Apple iPad 9th Generation for an additional RM300.
- The device cannot be exchanged for cash, credit, or any other goods or services.
- The device is not returnable or exchangeable once accepted by the customer.
4. Upgrade Option
- Customers may choose to upgrade to an Apple iPad 9th Generation for an additional RM300.
- The upgrade option is subject to the availability of the Apple iPad 9th Generation and is offered on a first-come, first-served basis.
- The additional RM300 must be paid at the time of subscription.
- Customers are not allowed to upgrade to the iPad after they have confirmed the Samsung Galaxy Tab A9+.
5. Limitations
- Only one (1) offer is available per payrecon main account registered.
- The offer is non-transferable and can only be redeemed by the original subscriber.
6. Device Warranty and Maintenance
- PayRecon is not responsible for replacing any device that is lost, stolen, damaged, or defective after acceptance.
- The customer is responsible for the repair and maintenance of the device.
- Any defects or faults that fall under the manufacturer’s warranty are subject to the warranty terms provided by the device manufacturer.
- PayRecon shall not be liable for any devices or any loss or damage suffered by the customer or any third party due to the use of the device.
- PayRecon is not responsible for any technical issues or disruptions in the POS system that may affect the promotion.
7. Subscription Terms
- The 2-year POS system plan subscription must remain active and in good standing for the entire duration of the contract period.
8. Device Availability
- If the Samsung Galaxy Tab A9+ model is out of stock or discontinued, PayRecon reserves the right to substitute it with a device of similar specifications.
- Customers will be informed of any substitutions before proceeding.
9. General Conditions
- PayRecon reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the promotion at any time without prior notice.
- PayRecon’s decision on all matters relating to the promotion is final and binding.
- By participating in the promotion, customers agree to be bound by these terms and conditions and any other requirements set out in related promotional materials.
