How to Set Up Xero Integration?
Step 1:
Go to APPS STORE > XERO
Step 2:
Stay at this page, click Authorize.
Step 3:
Login to your Xero account
Step 4:
Click Allow access in Xero to allow Payrecon to access to your Xero account.
Step 5:
Below are the settings for Customer Name and Payment Account Code.
Step 6:
Contacts > Customers > Customer Code
Step 7:
Accounting > Chart of accounts > All Accounts > Payment Account Code
Step 8:
Make sure the payment account have turn on Enable payments to this account .
Step 9:
Setup Account Code for Sale Item, Seller Voucher, Shipping Fee Paid by Customer
Step 10:
Accounting > Chart of accounts > All Accounts > Sales Code
Step 11:
Accounting > Chart of accounts > All Accounts > Seller Voucher Code
Step 12:
Accounting > Chart of accounts > All Accounts > Shipping Fee Code
Step 13:
Setup Item Code for Seller Voucher, Shipping Fee Paid by Customer
Step 14:
Business > Products and services
Step 15:
Business > Products and services
Step 16:
Select Invoice Date
Step 17:
Step 18:
Click Active Accounting Setting to update the info after done. Then proceed to setup the next marketplace store.
