How to Proceed Manage Return?
You can write off or restock the item quantity back into your inventory list for the shopee and lazada return order or failed delivery order using manage return.
Step 1:
Select ORDERS > MANAGE RETURN, the cancel order will show at here then copy the TRACKING NUMBER and click + ADD
Step 2:
Select either WRITE OFF(- stock) or RETURN TO STOCK(+ stock) then do ITEM’S REMARK > CONFIRM
Cancel order remove successfully
Cancel order will move to BUSINESS REPORT > RETURN RECONCILIATION
